With decades in the industry, Cream Silk has never failed to raise the standards of success. In 2015, they are proud to launch their newest campaign: Portraits – World Class Filipina at the Solaire Resort and Casino with the highly anticipated short film “Portraits: Stories of World-Class Filipinas” directed by Marie Jamora.
The film brings out the “world class” achievements of the chosen four Cream Silk Ambassadors: Toni Gonzaga, Heart Evangelista, Anne Curtis and of course – Ms. Lea Salonga. Ms. Salonga graciously awards the audience with her striking presence and legendary voice as she performs two classics – “On My Own” from Les Miserables and “Defying Gravity” from the highly acclaimed musical Wicked.
Just when you think the event can’t get any bigger, our favorite prima ballerina – Lisa Macuja Elizalde gave a speech that ‘no dream is too big for a world class Filipina’. Her speech warmed the hearts of many as it inspired Filipinos to find their passion and pursue it at all costs. “Just because something is difficult, it doesn’t mean it’s impossible. You just have to be determined, creative, and willing to make some sacrifices in order to achieve your dream. Because success always starts with a dream!” – Lisa Macuja Elizalde
