Watami

I’m not a huge fan of rice bowls so I have nothing to compare, but so far I enjoyed every bite.  This dish is a mix of white rice, ginger slices, crab (I think) and mini chopped pieces of pork. At first I thought it was Sisig but nope, just regularly cooked pork.

One thing I appreciate is that the stone pot comes in a huge wooden box that will completely avoid any accidental burns.

Chasu Rice in Hot Stone Pot: P195

Well first of all it’s really small for chicken wings; it’s pretty much bite-sized (perfect portion as an appetizer). It gets tastier in every bite. The taste and texture is similar to that of Bon Chon Soy Chicken without the dry meat.
