Spaghetti Factory

Night out with my high school friends! Oh how I missed you guys. We had dinner at Spaghetti Factory (yes, factory, not ‘house’) and watched ‘Wreck-it Ralph’! Awesome movie, you guys should watch it.

The employees are so courteous and accommodating; such nice folks. The food itself is good and quite cheap compared to other italian restaurants out there.

We ordered 3 pasta dishes: Carbonara, Garlic & Olive Oil and Lasagna.

Olive Oil & Garlic Pasta- spaghetti (P 179): An all time favorite, I salute them for actually serving fresh Parmesan cheese rather than those bottled and artificial ones. The taste is quite perfect, simple yet tasty.

Carbonara (P 179): It’s so creamy, like crazy. I love how they use huge thin slices of mushrooms. But then I wish they added bacon, that would not only add a pop of color but also contribute a few points for the overall taste.

Lasagna (P 149): This is a must-try; even its red sauce is very ‘cheesy’. Even with so much cheese it wasn’t too salty, balanced taste.

Located at the new Glorietta 2, second floor.

Budget P150-250
